Busy Week

This week I will be short staffed at my place of work, so additional stress will be present.
I need to go for a walk or stretch my legs rather than eat when this occurs. New positive attitude will need to come through for me on this one..

  1. Remember to drink lots of water, and remain positive, dont want to stress , and then eat, then repeat the cycle. Focus on the good things, and remember, the work will be there no matter what you do.
